About Lacey

Lacey is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with honours, from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2011. Lacey is an active member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. She began practicing in Calgary after graduation, working at a sports therapy clinic as well as a physiotherapy clinic. Upon returning home to the Yukon, Lacey practiced at Hand Prints clinic for 4.5 years, with a brief time away to start a family.

Lacey is very excited to begin the next chapter of her massage therapy practice with the opening of her own clinic space. She is currently working part-time with her focus being deep tissue therapeutic massage, myofasical release and pre/post-natal treatments. Lacey also has experience working with a variety of athletes, sports teams and weekend warriors, ranging in a large spectrum of sports and activities. 

Since graduating Lacey has continued her education with education in myofasical cupping and kinesio taping, which she finds partners well with her treatment style and technique. Lacey is passionate about working with patients to help reduce stress, treat and prevent injuries, decrease pain and help encourage an overall increase in well-being. 

Lacey offers the highest quality of care to her clients. Each treatment is customized to meet your specific needs by incorporating a variety of assessment and treatment techniques that are best suited to you as an individual.

As part of her service, Lacey provides you with knowledge of self-administered pain management techniques such as stretching and strengthening exercises and the use of heat or cold therapy, which will help you get the most out of each treatment.
